Private Sessions

Maximize the results of your practice with one-on-one training. Whether you are looking for a gentle, therapeutic way to bring fitness back into your life or an athletic challenge to take your strength and coordination to the next level, together, we will set goals and take the steps you need to meet them. 

New Students 

Be confident that you are getting the most out of each exercise and build a solid foundation for your practice. One-on-one sessions are a great way to cultivate strength, mobility, and body awareness, bringing everything into balance.  



Rebalance your body through strengthening exercises, gentle stretches, and the neuromuscular reeducation techniques with a combination of Pilates, Yoga Tune Up®, Anatomy in Motion™, and Neurokinetic Therapy®. I have developed safe, effective fitness programs for clients dealing with conditions such as herniated discs, spondylolisthesis, spinal fusions, rotator cuff injuries, sciatica, ACL tears, and other injuries. Please note: If you have an acute condition, please get clearance from your doctor or physical therapist prior to starting your practice. 


Prenatal - Postpartum Fitness

Feel comfortable and strong throughout your pregnancy. Recover your body after birth (whether it's been 2 months or more than 5 years). I am specially trained through The Center for Women's Fitness to work with conditions such as Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and craft safe, effective sessions for all stages of motherhood

Athletic Conditioning

Combine the full Pilates, Yoga Tune Up®, Anatomy in Motion, and TRX® repertoires to fine-tune your biomechanics and take your power, endurance, agility, and coordination to new levels.

Semi-Private Sessions

Reap the benefits of personalized instruction and get the added bonus of spending time with a friend, co-worker, or loved one. Sessions will be tailored to both partners' needs and goals.
