Developed nearly 100 years ago by Joseph Pilates, this mind-body movement practice enables you to tap into your body's natural intelligence. Work with your own body weight and spring-based apparatus to develop a strong, flexible, coordinated body.

Yoga Tune Up® is a blend of yoga and corrective exercise and self massage. The results are immediate relief from chronic tension, increased power through a greater range of movement, increased strength and healthy, supple joints. Custom-fit poses and postures and practice pain free for a lifetime.

Stay healthy, comfortable, and strong throughout and beyond your pregnancy. Pilates, Yoga Tune Up®, and TRX® Suspension Training can easily be modified to provide workouts that are safe and effective.

New Students
Be confident that you are getting the most out of each exercise and build a solid foundation for your practice. One-on-one sessions are a great way to cultivate strength, mobility, and body awareness, bringing everything into balance.
Post-Rehabilitation
Rebalance your body through strengthening exercises, gentle stretches, and the neuromuscular reeducation techniques with a combination of Pilates, Yoga Tune Up®, Anatomy in Motion™, and Neurokinetic Therapy®. I have developed safe, effective fitness programs for clients dealing with conditions such as herniated discs, spondylolisthesis, spinal fusions, rotator cuff injuries, sciatica, ACL tears, and other injuries. Please note: If you have an acute condition, please get clearance from your doctor or physical therapist prior to starting your practice.
Prenatal - Postpartum Fitness
Feel comfortable and strong throughout your pregnancy. Recover your body after birth (whether it's been 2 months or more than 5 years). I am specially trained through The Center for Women's Fitness to work with conditions such as Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and craft safe, effective sessions for all stages of motherhood
Athletic Conditioning
Combine the full Pilates, Yoga Tune Up®, Anatomy in Motion™, and TRX® repertoires to fine-tune your biomechanics and take your power, endurance, agility, and coordination to new levels.
Semi-Private Sessions
Reap the benefits of personalized instruction and get the added bonus of spending time with a friend, co-worker, or loved one. Sessions will be tailored to both partners' needs and goals.
