Pilates - "Stretch with strength and control." Pilates can be tailored to any fitness level to build strength, increase mobility, and improve balance. Sessions will be conducted in a fully-equipped studio on all major apparatus, including Reformer, Tower, Chair, Trapeze Table, Ladder Barrel, and the CoreAlign.
