Pilates - "Stretch with strength and control." Pilates can be tailored to any level to build strength, increase mobility, and improve balance. In home and outdoor sessions, will include both floor and standing work and a variety of props to create a balanced, full body workout.
Anatomy in Motion® - Based on the six phases of the gait cycle (aka walking) this system engages and coordinates the body in all dimensions from the feet up. In this work, neutral is defined, not as a position to maintain, but as the ability to move freely in any direction. This approach can be equally empowering for those seeking relief from painful conditions and those looking to enhance their athletic performance.
